Group Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) Classes
EFFORTLESS RUNNING: SATURDAYS at 7:45AM and 8:45AM. Rotating series of 8 lessons.
INTRODUCTION TO THE FELDENKRAIS METHOD: SATURDAYS at 10:00AM. New lesson each week.
EASY ARMS AND SHOULDERS: SATURDAYS at 11:15AM. 8 lesson series.
FREE YOUR SPINE: SATURDAYS at 12:30PM. 8 lesson series.
PELVIC HEALTH: WEDNESDAYS at 8:00PM. Rotating series of 6 lessons.
BREATHE: THURSDAYS at 8:00PM. New lesson each week.
Cost is $120 for a passport to 8 classes. Passport expires 3 months after first class.
Cost for 1 class only is $30.
Functional Integration® (FI) Sessions
Sessions scheduled by individual appointment.
Cost is $300 for a passport to 5 sessions. Passport expires 3 months after first session.
Cost for 1 session only is $95.
